Whether it's born in a lab or found in the ground, grown and mined diamonds offer the same brilliance, same durability. The biggest difference is cost and ethics. Grown diamonds offer higher clarity and color at a more accessible price and don't require mining.
Moissanite and cubic zirconia (CZ) are lookalikes, but not diamonds. Grown diamonds are real diamonds.
Like all diamonds, grown stones can be appraised and insured. Their value is personal, sentimental, and lasting, but they're not typically resale-driven.

Gentle is best. Use warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush to clean your gold and silver jewelry, including grown and mined diamonds. Dry with a lint-free cloth and avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners at home. For heirloom or heavily worn pieces, we recommend a professional clean now and then to keep the shine strong and settings secure.

Customization
Yes. Many Amorati pieces can be made uniquely yours. Some styles allow you to choose stones or add gemstones, while others can be engraved after purchase. Customization options are noted directly on each product page, and our Virtual Stylists are always available to guide you through the process.
Delivery times depend on the piece. Items marked in Stock usually ship within 2 business days. Made to Order designs typically ship within 14 business days, though some may take 4–6 weeks depending on craftsmanship. Each product page details the exact timing, so you’ll always know what to expect.
Orders & Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military bases. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.
Once your perfect piece has been made-to-order, you will recieve an email with a tracking number.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s in transit, we’re unable to reroute or cancel the order.
Packages will be shipped via 2-day FedEx in a brown exterior box.

No. We will provide you with a shipping label for your free return or exchange, which will include tracking and insurance.
Gift Certificates
Yes. Gift Certificates can be purchased directly on our website [here] and are available in a variety of denominations.
Gift Certificates are issued electronically and delivered via email. Amorati Diamonds does not provide physical gift certificates by mail.
Currently, emails are sent immediately upon purchase. If you wish to deliver the gift later, we recommend entering your own email address as the recipient. You can then forward the email or print the certificate to present it whenever you like.
Amorati Gift Certificates are redeemable exclusively on our website.
During checkout, enter your unique code into the "Promotions" field and click apply.
Only one Gift Certificate can be applied per order. However, you may split your payment between a Gift Certificate and a credit card if the certificate does not cover the full balance.
Any remaining balance stays on the digital code and can be applied to a future purchase.
Because Gift Certificates are treated as individual items, balances are not currently tracked in the "My Account" dashboard. We recommend that recipients keep a record of their remaining balance after each use.
No. Amorati Diamonds Gift Certificates and any resulting Store Credits do not expire and do not incur fees.
There are no blackout dates. Gift Certificates can be used for any product on our site, with the sole exception that they cannot be used to purchase another Gift Certificate.
No. Once a certificate balance reaches zero, it cannot be topped up. A new certificate must be purchased.
An account is not required; however, we recommend [signing up] to access "The Vault" and receive exclusive member offers.
Because we do not have visibility into unique codes once they are issued, we cannot recover or replace lost codes. Please treat your Gift Certificate email like cash and keep it in a secure place.
Gift Certificates are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by applicable law.
If you return an item purchased with a Gift Certificate, the refund will be issued as store credit.
Gift Certificates may be purchased up to $5,000 per person, per day.
Electronic delivery may be delayed up to 24 hours to allow for security and payment verification.
If a purchase does not exhaust the full value of the certificate, the remaining balance will be issued as Store Credit to the customer’s account for future use.
