Moissanite and cubic zirconia (CZ) are lookalikes, but not diamonds. Grown diamonds are real diamonds.
Like all diamonds, grown stones can be appraised and insured. Their value is personal, sentimental, and lasting, but they're not typically resale-driven.

For heirloom or heavily worn pieces, we recommend a professional clean now and then to keep the shine strong and settings secure.

Customization
Yes. Many Amorati pieces can be made uniquely yours. Some styles allow you to choose stones or add gemstones, while others can be engraved after purchase. Customization options are noted directly on each product page, and our Virtual Stylists are always available to guide you through the process.
Delivery times depend on the piece. Items marked in Stock usually ship within 2 business days. Made to Order designs typically ship within 14 business days, though some may take 4–6 weeks depending on craftsmanship. Each product page details the exact timing, so you’ll always know what to expect.

Orders & Shipping
We currently ship within the U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military bases. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location.
Once your perfect piece has been made-to-order, you will recieve an email with a tracking number.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your package hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. Once it’s in transit, we’re unable to reroute or cancel the order.
Packages will be shipped via 2-day FedEx in a brown exterior box.
Production, Shipping & Tracking
We make it simple to understand when your order will arrive. Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey to your door. Production times vary depending on the type of item you order, but shipping is always fast once your piece is complete.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Initiate Return or Exchange: The customer emails concierge@amoratidiamonds.com with order number and email address. If a gift, provide original purchaser's name.
2. Receive Label & RA#: Our Concierge will email a Return Authorization (RA) number and a pre-paid FedEx shipping label (as a printable label or QR code). Customer must use pre-paid label.
3. Ship Item: The customer ships the item back using the provided label and all original packaging.
4. Inspection: Once received, our Authentication & Quality Assurance (QA) team will inspect the item. This can take up to 7 business days.
5. Refund or Exchange: After approval, the Concierge will send a confirmation email. In the case of a refund, it will then be processed to the original payment method and typically takes 5-7 business days to appear.
No. We will provide you with a shipping label for your free return or exchange, which will include tracking and insurance.
