Our jewelry comes with a two-year Amorati product warranty. We’ll cover repairs or replacements for any defects in craftsmanship.  

What’s Covered: 

 1. Clasps, chains, or settings that break due to a defect in craftsmanship. 
 2. Stones that loosen or fall out because of a structural flaw.
 3. Precious metal that discolors or weakens before its time.

What’s Not Covered:

 1. Natural signs of love and wear (scratches, dents, or tarnish from everyday life).
 2. Damage caused by misuse (like chemicals, pools, or accidental hard knocks). 
 3. Loss or theft.
 4. Breakage from using non-Amorait charms, attachments, or modifications.

Eligibility:

This warranty applies exclusively to items purchased through Amorati or an authorized retailer. Purchases from unauthorized sellers are not covered, as we cannot guarantee pieces we can’t verify.
